"Products" means any software, bots, licenses, add-ons, digital downloads, dashboards, and related services offered by Aegis Development.
"Services" includes our websites, documentation, Discord support, and any hosted components we operate.
"You" means any individual or entity using the Services or Products.
"Use" includes downloading, installing, running, hosting, configuring, and accessing.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
By using the Services or Products, you agree to these Terms.
If you use Products for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
3. Related policies

If a Product includes additional terms, those terms control for that Product.
4. Accounts and access
You may need a Discord account to use support or bot features.
You are responsible for activity under your accounts and credentials.
5. License and permitted use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Products you access or purchase.
License scope and restrictions are defined in the EULA.
If a Product includes additional terms, those terms control for that Product.
6. Prohibited use
You must not:
use Products for unlawful activity, harassment, or abuse
violate Discord’s Terms or Community Guidelines
bypass licensing, paywalls, limits, or security controls
resell, redistribute, or share paid downloads or license keys
host, sublicense, or provide Products as a managed service to third parties without written permission
7. Purchases, payments, and refunds
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension or termination.
Subscription pricing, renewals, and refunds are defined in Subscription Terms.
Digital Products are generally non-refundable due to instant access.
Payments are processed via third-party providers. We do not store your full payment details.
8. Hosting and security responsibilities
If you self-host, you are responsible for:
secure configuration of your servers and tokens
backups and operational monitoring
compliance of your admins and users with these Terms
9. Intellectual property and attribution
All Products and content remain owned by Aegis Development and its licensors.

You must not remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, credits, or branding.
10. Feedback
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you allow us to use them without restriction.
This helps us ship improvements without permission friction.
11. Availability, changes, and discontinuation
We may change feature sets, limits, and requirements.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Products or Services at any time.
12. Enforcement and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms.
Enforcement may include revoking licenses, blocking updates/download access, or requesting takedowns.
13. Disclaimers
We disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Products and Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the last 3 months for the affected Product or Service
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aegis Development from claims arising from your misuse of Products or violation of these Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, excluding conflict of law rules.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
