Effective Date: December 24, 2025 Last Updated: December 24, 2025

This page explains how Aegis Development protects its work and brand. It is not legal advice.

1. Ownership

All Aegis Development Products and materials are protected by copyright and other IP laws.

This includes:

  • source code, binaries, dashboards, configs, and templates

  • documentation text, images, and branding

  • names, logos, and product identifiers

Unless you have explicit written permission, you must not:

  • copy or republish our Products or documentation as your own

  • redistribute paid downloads, private links, or license files

  • remove copyright notices, credits, or attribution

You may:

  • link to our documentation

  • quote short excerpts for reviews or tutorials, with attribution

3. Trademarks and brand use

“Aegis Development”, “Aegis Bot”, and associated logos may be trademarks.

You must not:

  • imply endorsement or partnership without permission

  • use our branding in a way that confuses users about ownership

4. Feedback and suggestions

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant Aegis Development a worldwide, royalty-free license to use them.

You retain ownership of your original idea.

5. Infringement reporting (DMCA-style notice)

If you believe content infringes your IP, send a report with:

  • your contact information

  • a link or clear description of the allegedly infringing material

  • proof of ownership or authority to act

  • a statement that the report is accurate and made in good faith

Submit reports via:

  • Discord: https://discord.gg/ApwDmFGhpn

6. Anti-piracy and enforcement

We may investigate suspected misuse.

We may respond by:

  • disabling license keys

  • revoking access to updates/downloads

  • issuing takedown requests to hosts and platforms

  • pursuing legal remedies where appropriate

7. Repeat infringers

We may terminate accounts or revoke licenses for repeat violations.
